Hilmi Dülger (b. 12 January 1962, Kilis) Turkish bureaucrat and deputy.
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences. He worked as Kilis District Governor and served as Elmadağ and Uluborlu district governors, and served as Keban and Akyurt District Governors and Çankırı Deputy Governors. He served as the Civil Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Interior for 17 years.
He conducted various studies on environmental pollution and protection in England. As a guest researcher at the University of Central Florida in 2008, he worked on public administration and local governments. In the 24th Period, he served as Rapporteur of various commissions in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He has been working as a parliament member in the 26th term. He is fluent in English, married, and has two children.
